2.2. "Services" include health tourism facilitation, medical consultations, treatment arrangements, and related consultancy provided by Clinianity.

 

3. Services:

 

3.1. Clinianity's services involve connecting clients with accredited healthcare providers in Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey.

3.2. Specific services, including medical treatments, consultations, and travel arrangements, will be detailed in individualized service agreements.

 

4. Client Responsibilities:

 

4.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history, personal information, and any other relevant details requested by Clinianity.

4.2. Clients are responsible for complying with all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by medical professionals.

 

5. Booking and Payment:

 

5.1. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified in individual service agreements.

5.2. Total costs, payment schedules, and accepted forms of payment will be outlined in service agreements.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

 

6.1. Cancellation policies, including timelines for notification and refund eligibility, will be explicitly stated in service agreements.

6.2. Clinianity reserves the right to retain a portion of payments for services rendered or costs incurred in case of cancellations.

 

7. Medical Consultations and Treatments:

 

7.1. Clinianity facilitates consultations and treatments with qualified healthcare professionals in Turkey.

7.2. Clients acknowledge that Clinianity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and acts solely as a facilitator.

 

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

 

8.1. Clinianity respects client confidentiality and adheres to applicable data protection laws.

8.2. Clients' personal and medical information will be handled with strict confidentiality, and details on data storage and security measures will be outlined in Clinianity's Privacy Policy.

 

9. Legal Compliance:

 

9.1. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with all Turkish laws and regulations related to medical treatments and health tourism.

9.2. Clinianity will provide information and assistance to help clients navigate legal requirements but is not liable for legal issues arising from the client's non-compliance.

 

10. Risks and Limitation of Liability:

 

10.1. Clients acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with medical treatments and travel.

10.2. Clinianity is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from medical treatments or services provided by third-party healthcare providers.

 

11. Insurance:

11.1. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance coverage.

11.2. Clinianity may provide guidance on insurance options, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

 

12. Dispute Resolution:

   

12.1. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.

 

13. Amendments:

 

13.1. Clinianity reserves the right to update these Terms, and clients will be notified of any changes.
